Payments & Pricing Policy

1. Currency and pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices exclude VAT, customs duties, shipping, insurance, and other charges unless expressly included. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation or, if no period is stated, for 14 calendar days. A quotation does not constitute a binding offer; it is an invitation to place an order.

3. Payment methods

We accept payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT), bank deposit, and such other methods as we may make available from time to time. Online card payments, where offered, are processed by secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in the invoice or order confirmation. For most orders, full or partial payment may be required before shipment or release of goods. We may withhold delivery until cleared funds are received.

5. Deposit and cancellation

Where a deposit is paid, it may be non-refundable if production, procurement, or shipping arrangements have already commenced. Cancellation fees may apply.

6. Late payment

Late payments may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by law and may result in suspension of services, withholding of future deliveries, or legal recovery action.

7. Security

We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment information is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. You are responsible for keeping your payment credentials secure.
